Hi,
I'm using Cadence IC 5.14, and I would like to know if there is a way to fill automatically a layout in order to respect density rules!
Thanks for your help!
Cheers

You can do that using assura . You can go through the assura documentation for dummyfill. You can specify the cell with which u want to do the fill and give the density option also.ASSURA documentation has all the details
