Hi Arun.
I'm not aware of a cookbook for URM, but there is a new OVM user guide due to be published in the next IUS release (8.1). This guide is written as a cookbook.
Since OVM is closely related to URM, that may help you. Alternatively you could think about migrating from URM to OVM.

Hi Arun, You may want to refer to the recently published book on OVM (next avatar of URM if you will). I haven't seen it yet, but this should certainly assist I believe.

And we at CVC are in the process of finalizing an OVM Qucikstart guide, stay tuned for details. We have not yet finalized the avenues for that publication, maybe CDNLive India. I can send a private copy for review/comments in few weeks if interested - drop me an email ajeetha @ gmail.com

Hi Arun,
You can access the existing version of the OVM user guide at http://myipcm.cadence.com/pdfs/ovm_svcb.pdf and the URM version at http://myipcm.cadence.com/pdfs/ipcm_svcb.pdf
As Stephenh says, there will be an updated version of this guide available shortly.
You can also order the newly released OVM book as Ajeetha points out at http://www.amazon.com/dp/0981656218.
Thanks,
Umer |
