methodology.
The Institute for Microelectronic and Mechatronic Systems gGmbH
(IMMS, www.imms.de) is an R&D institute closely linked to the Technical
University of Ilmenau (AN-Institut) and a service provider for industrial
advanced research. Its competences include model-based design of systems with
microelectronic, optoelectronic, magnetic, and micromechanical components as
well as development of methods for an error-free design of systems on chip
(SoC). R&D areas cover analog and RF design including EDA methodology
(yield optimization and design centering, symbolic analysis, formal
verification of analog and mixed signal circuits), ADC design and sensor
electronics, optical detectors for DVD, photodiode arrays, DSP and
controller-based synthesis, SOI circuits and embedded systems for automation
and optoelectronic applications. Your contact person for further questions is Peter Teichmann .
